CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a plan associated with purchases made on teamflexfitness.com you must have an account created on the site, and cancel through your profile. If purchasers have issues cancelling for any reason, they must contact bsmithflex@gmail.com requesting to cancel their subscription. If using PayPal, clients may cancel recurring payments within their dashboard. Note that clients can do the following on their own:

 

  • Clients can cancel using the profile they used to sign up with.

  • PayPal: Clients can cancel recurring payment in their PayPal dashboard.

 

If you cancel a plan, the plan's status updates to show that it's canceled.

Important - After a plan is canceled:

  • Free / one-time payment: When you cancel a plan that is free or has a one-time payment, the benefits (e.g. access to password-protected pages or free workout plans) stop immediately. This means that if you cancel a monthly plan for a client who only used 2 weeks of the plan, they would no longer have access to services for the last 2 weeks of the month. 

  • Recurring payment: When you cancel a plan with a recurring payment, the plan doesn't renew, however, the client can finish using the plan for the set period. This means that a client with a recurring monthly plan could finish the month, even if the plan was canceled two weeks into the month.
